What I Do

Viewing and Applying for a rental property

01

Viewing and Applying

In order to rent a property with My Property Manager, you will need to complete these forms when required.

What is expected as a tenant

02

During the tenancy

A property inspection will be completed around six weeks after you move in and then every three months after that; you will be sent notification of this at least one-week prior.

All maintenance required needs to be reported to me so that it can be passed onto the owner and repairs arranged. There is a form on this page otherwise please call, email or text.

Ending your tenacy advise

03

Ending the tenancy

You will be sent a vacating letter that will outline everything that needs to be done to ensure the prompt return of your bond along with a copy of your rent ledger and property condition report.

The final inspection will be completed the morning after your tenancy ends, all keys, remotes, access cards and anything else that you have been provided will need to be returned at this time.

I am contactable 24/7 in case of emergency so if you require this please call or text the cell phone.

Advise on Viewing and Securing a Property

04

Viewing and Securing a property

Upon finding a property that you would like to view, please complete an application through the website so that I have all relevant information, I would like an application from every adult that would be living in the home.

Once I have your complete application, I will contact you about a viewing time for the property. If you are approved, you will be required to sign a tenancy agreement and pay a minimum of the first rent and bond prior to moving in.

If the property is not available straight away, you will be asked to pay the first rent payment, and the bond can be paid on commencement of the tenancy. Keys will be made available to you the afternoon before the tenancy starts, and a property condition report will be provided.
