The fee structure is significant; I offer a flat 8% plus GST management fee with no additional costs.
There are a lot of companies out there to choose from, so it all comes back to what works best for you. Having worked in three different Property Management Companies over the last 20 years, I have learned many different ways of doing things. I believe I have taken what I have learned and created an excellent business model. The core part of this business is knowing the property owners, the tenants and the properties themselves. Interaction with all three areas is vital to providing property owners' service.
Accountability and transparency are what I believe people are looking for, backed up by accurate systems, ‘easy to understand’ statements, informative property inspection reports and a solid knowledge of the industry.
Life is just so busy, so why not remove some of the stress by handing over your rentals to someone with your best interests at heart and who will provide the service you deserve.
