We live 6 hours drive from Christchurch and have 2 rental properties in suburban Christchurch. Over a period of three years we have worked with Fiona as she managed our private home and rental properties in the Christchurch area. We were stationed in the Philippines for two years and Fiona was our eyes and ears on the ground in Christchurch over a very difficult time where Christchurch was badly affected by the events of September 2010 and February 2011. She was able to assist the tenants in getting any urgent matters attended to and undertook regular appraisals of the properties to ensure all was well. Detailed reports were emailed to us overseas. Later on, Fiona was instrumental in preparing for instigating the eviction of a tenant and prepared and attended a Tenancy Tribunal hearing on our behalf where a claim for compensation for damage was successful.
